Billing Terms + Subscription Disclosure
Plain-English summary of when and how you are charged so there are zero surprises on your statement.
One-time orders
Your card is charged once at checkout for the listed total (subtotal plus any shipping and tax). The charge appears as BETTERHEALTHSUPS.
Subscriptions and continuity
When you choose a subscription, you agree to a recurring charge at the listed interval (typically every 30 or 60 days) until you cancel. The next charge date is shown in your account dashboard. Cancel anytime from the dashboard or by emailing support. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Trial offers
When a trial offer is presented, the price, trial duration, what happens at the end of the trial, and how to cancel are disclosed on the order page before you complete the purchase. You will receive a reminder email before any trial converts to a paid subscription.
Disputes
If you do not recognize a charge, email orders@betterhealthsups.com first. We resolve almost every billing question within one business day.
